The dress is made of a crepe satin material and features ruffled puff sleeves and a black ribbon that crisscrosses over a white, satin-crepe stomacher. The ribbon and sides of the stomacher are adorned with organza roses and trim. The skirt has an additional layer of shiny red and white tulle for extra poof! The dress is secured at the back with Velcro. The short cape drapes over the shoulders and is made of the same crepe satin material as the dress as well as a layer of red tulle, The front includes a red ribbon bow and Velcro for securing at the neck.
