To ensure the magical quality and hygiene of our costumes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wigs (from our Arda Wigs collection and others) – for hygiene reasons
- Face Masks (including our Animal Masks collection) – for hygiene reasons
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items (including select Artisan pieces)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance items
- Opened or Used Costume Accessories
Please choose these items carefully, as we cannot accept returns for these magical creations.
