Our workshop elves work their magic to process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (like Halloween or convention periods), please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your items

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

3 Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our customer service team will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.

4 Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and ship to:

5 Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the magical quality and hygiene of our costumes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Wigs (from our Arda Wigs collection and others) – for hygiene reasons
  • Face Masks (including our Animal Masks collection) – for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items (including select Artisan pieces)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance items
  • Opened or Used Costume Accessories

Please choose these items carefully, as we cannot accept returns for these magical creations.

Need your exchange quickly for an upcoming event? Ask about our expedited exchange option when you contact customer service. For an additional fee, we can ship your replacement item before we receive your return.
