Blue picnic pattern fabric straps have values and three red bows. There is a large patch that says “There is no place like home” with ruby red slippers on them. Underneath the dress is a satin layer and a crinoline layer with red lace. A satin bow with the blue pattern bow is a white cord that has a push value to cinch up under the chin so it’ll stay on.
