This is a licensed Velma costume from the Scooby-Doo cartoons. Velma was the brainy one who helped solve the many mysteries her and the Scooby gang got into.

This is a four-piece costume with a shirt, skirt, wig and glasses. The shirt is a long-sleeve turtleneck. Please note the fabric is very stretchy. The skirt is the same fabric as the shirt except red. It has an elastic waistband and a pleat in the front of the skirt. The wig is like Velmas hair: it is chin-length and is auburn. The glasses are plastic frame with slightly tinted lenses.
